Such a cool place

Times Square has such a buzz, a really cool place to hang out, just watch out for pickpockets.
How would you improve it?
Stop the traffic completely!

7 Av is not pedestrian-friendly. The street is about 50 feet wide and so may be very difficult to cross. This area has very high levels of crime. The street lacks trees.
